During my internship, I collaborated with the Neighborhood Design Center on their program, Power of One. This initiative supports small businesses in urban commercial corridors by offering design assistance and funding for exterior improvements. One of the program’s grantees, Island Vibes Restaurant, was looking for an opportunity to update their logo and enhance their exterior appearance. I worked with the client to develop a refreshed logo that aligned with their desired aesthetic. The process involved researching the surrounding area and refining the design based on the client’s feedback.
