My partner, Anastasia, and I chose the topic "History of Hip Hop and K-pop" to explore how these two genres connect through motion graphics/animation. In this video, we have created an educational animation that highlights the shared history between Hip hop and K-pop. While these genres share historical roots, it is equally important to understand each other's unique culture and identity that have emerged from this shared background.

Through thorough research and by drawing inspiration from multiple sources, we designed visual assets to help the viewer’s understanding of the history. Our goal is to make the connections clear and allow viewers to appreciate the cultural exchange behind Hip hop and K-pop.
